Productivity
How can you measure success? Most of us have a little bit of what success can look like. What we are not aware of is how to measure the quality of your actions.
What we fail most of the time is the inability to choose, execute measure, and maintain great habits that will lead us to great success.
We will always fail as long as we have poor habits and practices no matter how passionate we are. This is another problem of leadership and individuals in leadership positions.
We talk about problems, draw solutions, but then we fail to recognize our own shortcomings. We forget the biggest player in all of this. We fail to recognize our greatest threat. Which is ourselves. We are our own enemies.
Which is why we have developed this course to help young leaders manage their actions and habits to produce what they say they are going to do.
Failure isn’t about results it’s about the systems behind our actions which is our habits. This is why we believe true leadership starts with personal responsibility, self leadership, and accountability.
Poor habits could be;
- lack of planning
- Technology addiction
- Lack of tools
We fail and rise to the level of our awareness, systems and goals. I don’t have to know much to know where you’ll be in the next five years.
All I have to do is looking at your goals and systems that will take you there. What you do today, can predict where and who you’ll be tomorrow.
So, before we blame the west, the devil, and oppositions, are we sure we’ve being doing everything we can not to sabotage ourselves? Are we sure we’ve been proactively doing our best? Are we sure we haven’t been complacent and lazy?
This is we teach productivity skills to produce high results that we want for us and most of all for our communities.
