People Skills

“People don’t care until they know how much you care” ~ J.C Maxwell

You can’t talk about leadership, business, health, war, trade, love, success, and spirituality without talking about PEOPLE! People are the common denominator all everything human beings do.

So if everything we do is about human beings, how come we fail/care less about the very thing we clam everything we do is about?

How do we do it? It starts with trust, transparency, respect, and care. Do we actually foster these qualities/values in our every day lives? What institution have you been part of that depicts these values at their best?

How many leaders do you know embody these values today? Let’s not go far. How about in our own families? When was the last time your parents, family members, friends, and lovers were open, transparent, and highly trust worthy?

Don’t get me wrong. I’m not saying that we have failed to show all these values. Trust is a result of transparency. And transparency is a result of vulnerability.

And one can’t be vulnerable unless they’re brave enough to date to be vulnerable and share their deepest insecurities, gifts, weaknesses, and thoughts.

This is why WE as a society have continuously failed to be great leaders from the beginning or time. We have failed to pass on the great leadership skills from the very place we were supposed to get it.

It all stats in our families. Our homes are where we learn how to lead, follow, care for our humanity, and know our purpose of live.

People skills are crucial to the success and well being of our personal lives and organizations that we are part of.

We can’t lead people who can’t trust us. We need to acquire the right skills to inspire and influence people to follow us and join/help us build our communities.

You can’t say you are leader if you don’t have people who are following you. People can’t follow you unless you have the ability to influence and inspire them. You can’t influence and inspire them unless they can trust you.

People know when you care. They feel it when you have their best interests at heart. At I.N.A Leaders it’s our mission to eradicate leadership mentality that doesn’t care about people.

We want to be leaders and produce leaders who genuinely care about the people they are leading. We don’t want to be leaders who are associated with corruption, negligence, and abuse of power. These are not traits of people who care. People who care;

- Give hope

- Don’t steal

- Don’t abuse power

- Are fare and just

- Fight for the truth

- Are honest and transparent

- Are generous and kind

-Solve problems and give support

This is how you influence people and build trust. It doesn’t end there. You build trust by being accountable, consistent in your actions and words, and transparent in everything step you make for the betterment of your people.

This is where we come in. If you’ve been struggling to inspire and influence your organization and team, we are to help. We know a thing or two about mobilizing teams to produce hight results.

We have a team of facilitators who have experience building, maintaining, and mobilizing teams to generate success for the people they serve. We teach what we believe and practice on a daily basis. You wanna earn trust of your team and organization? We will show you how. Come join us.
